Short version: Use our products as directed, complete your intake form promptly, and don't skip race nutrition in the final 4 weeks before your event. We build personalized protocols — not generic supplements.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from rikathletica.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

3. Sprint Protocol — Important Terms

Intake form requirement: Sprint Protocol customers must complete the 10-minute intake form (via Typeform) within 7 days of purchase. Protocol delivery cannot begin until the intake form is submitted. We are not responsible for delays caused by failure to complete the intake form promptly.

Protocol delivery timeline: We target delivery of your personalized protocol within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery times may vary. Protocols are delivered via email.

Race timing: Sprint Protocol is designed for athletes with a minimum of 12 weeks to their target race. If your race is fewer than 12 weeks away at time of purchase, contact us before purchasing so we can determine if the program is appropriate for your timeline.

Hard rule — no new products within 4 weeks of race day. RIK protocols adhere to a strict rule: no new nutrition products are introduced within 4 weeks of your event. This rule protects your race. If you purchase the Sprint Protocol within 4 weeks of your target race, we cannot guarantee full protocol implementation before race day.

Protocol blocking conditions: For your safety, we do not provide personalized protocols to athletes with the following conditions without clearance from a licensed healthcare provider:

4. Not Medical Advice

RIK protocols are sports nutrition guidance, not medical advice. Nothing on this site or in your personalized protocol constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided is based on sports science research and is intended for healthy, trained athletes. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new nutrition program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions.

5. Payment

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Refund Policy

Performance Bundle ($119): If you are not satisfied with your Bundle, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Bek.zhou@rik-sports.com. We will issue a full refund upon return of unopened product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Sprint Protocol ($499): Because the Sprint Protocol involves significant personalization work (intake review, protocol design, and delivery), the following refund terms apply:

7. Shipping

Physical products are fulfilled by our third-party logistics provider and typically ship within 5–7 business days of order confirmation (Sprint Protocol: 5–7 days after intake completion). We ship to addresses within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for physical products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, calculator methodology, protocol frameworks, and product designs — is the property of RIK Athletic Nutrition Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Calculator and Tools

The IRONMAN Nutrition Calculator is provided as a free educational tool. Results are estimates based on published sports science research and are intended to illustrate concepts, not provide individual clinical guidance. Individual results vary. RIK Athletic Nutrition Inc. makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of calculator outputs for any specific individual.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIK Athletic Nutrition Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

11. Affiliate Program

We operate an affiliate program through Rewardful. Affiliates earn commissions on referred purchases. Affiliate links are identified by the /ref/ URL prefix. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with RIK Athletica as required by FTC guidelines.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
