2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Contact information: Name, email address, and mailing address when you make a purchase or complete our intake form.
• Intake and race data: When you complete the Sprint Protocol intake (via Typeform), you provide race history, training load, nutrition habits, and physiological information. This information is used exclusively to build your personalized fueling protocol.
• Calculator inputs: If you use our IRONMAN Nutrition Calculator, the inputs you enter (race distance, training pace, GI history) are processed in your browser and not stored on our servers unless you provide your email address.
• Email address (optional): If you provide your email through the calculator, we store it to send you your results and relevant nutrition information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We also collect certain information automatically:

• Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, and device type via standard web server logs.
• Cookies: We use cookies for affiliate tracking (Rewardful) and to remember your calculator session. No advertising cookies are set by us.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process your order and fulfill shipment through our third-party logistics provider
• To build and deliver your personalized nutrition protocol (Sprint customers)
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and protocol delivery emails
• To follow up with weekly adaptation questions during your 12-week program
• To send nutrition tips, race preparation content, and product updates (you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time)
• To improve the calculator and our product recommendations

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment card details on our servers. When you click a payment button, you are directed to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Order Fulfillment

To ship your order, we share your name and delivery address with our fulfillment provider. Your information is used only to process and ship your order and is not used for any other purpose by our fulfillment partners.

6. Affiliate Tracking

If you arrive at our site via an affiliate link (e.g., a link shared by a coach or training partner), we use Rewardful to set a tracking cookie. This cookie records which affiliate referred you and is used to calculate affiliate commissions. It does not track your browsing activity outside of our site.

7. Health and Nutrition Data

The intake form and protocol process involves collecting information about your athletic performance, nutrition habits, and general health context. This information is used only to produce your personalized protocol and is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share this information with any third party except as described in this policy. This is not medical data as defined under HIPAA — RIK protocols are sports nutrition guidance, not medical advice.

8. Data Retention

We retain your order and intake data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing Bek.zhou@rik-sports.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
